Refund policy
At Wild Bay Equestrian, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 28 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- With all tags attached.
- Free from marks, hair, dirt, odours or signs of use.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn for riding or have been damaged after delivery.
How to Return
Please email us at wildbayequestrian@gmail.com within 28 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your return has been approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your parcel.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note it may take a little longer for your bank or card provider to process the payment.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or sent incorrectly.

Need a different size?
The quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you’d like (subject to availability).
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We’re so sorry if something isn’t right.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs where possible.
We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
